Purchase terms

Ferralis subscriptions, trial and lifetime purchase · version of 25 October 2026

1. Who does what

• IE DIGITAL (details at the bottom of the page) publishes Ferralis, sets its offers and prices, and is responsible for how the app works, under the terms of use.
• Apple sells in-app purchases in its own name, collects payment and handles payment, invoicing, renewal, cancellation and refunds. In the European Union, the Apple company that sells to you is Apple Distribution International Ltd. The purchase is governed by Apple’s Media Services Terms and Conditions, which you accepted to use the App Store. In the event of a conflict on payment, cancellation or refunds, those terms apply.

2. What you can buy

• Without a purchase: Ferralis can still be used as a day log (a session you put together by hand, not saved).
• The monthly subscription and the annual subscription unlock all the features of the app for the paid period: programme generation and progression, tracking of your history and loads, nutrition guidelines, Apple Watch support and, from version 1.6, integration of cardio sessions and guided interval sessions. Features that read the Health app also require your consent, which you remain free to refuse.
• The lifetime purchase unlocks the same features for a one-off payment, with no renewal and no end date, on the devices linked to your Apple Account. “Lifetime” means the lifetime of the app, not yours: as long as Ferralis exists, you keep these features and their updates. If IE DIGITAL ever stopped distributing Ferralis, the app already installed would keep working with these features on your compatible devices, without new updates.

3. Prices

The price of each plan is shown on the Ferralis purchase screen and in the App Store, including all taxes, in your country’s currency, with its period (per month, per year, or once for the lifetime purchase). This is the price charged. It may vary from one country to another.

If the price of a subscription goes up, Apple informs you in advance, under its terms; you can then cancel at no cost before the new price applies. A price reduction, an offer or a promo code only applies under the conditions that come with it.

4. The 14-day free trial

• The monthly and annual subscriptions can start with a 14-day free trial, once only, if you have not already had one. The purchase screen shows whether you are eligible; if not, the plan is charged as soon as you buy it.
• Nothing is charged during the trial. Unless you cancel at least 24 hours before the trial ends, the chosen subscription starts automatically and its first period is charged at the end of the trial.
• If you have allowed notifications, Ferralis sends you a reminder three days before the trial ends, with the amount and the date of the charge. This reminder is there to help: it does not replace your own attention, and it cannot be sent if notifications are turned off.
• If you cancel before the end, the trial costs nothing and Ferralis goes back to being a day log. Apple’s rules apply to a cancelled trial (it cannot be reactivated).

5. Payment and renewal

Payment is charged to the payment method of your Apple Account when you confirm the purchase, or at the end of the trial if there is one. A subscription renews automatically, for the same length and at the same price, at the end of each period, unless you cancel at least 24 hours before it ends. If a payment fails, Apple tries again; access may be kept during that time, under Apple’s rules.

6. Cancelling a subscription

• From Ferralis: Profile › You › Subscription › Manage Subscription opens Apple’s management window.
• From the iPhone: Settings › your name › Subscriptions › Ferralis.
• Cancelling is free. It takes effect at the end of the period already paid for: you keep access until then, then Ferralis goes back to being a day log. Your programme and history data stays on your device.
• Deleting the app does not cancel the subscription.

7. Right of withdrawal and refunds

As Apple is the seller, you exercise your right of withdrawal and request a refund with Apple, under Apple’s Media Services Terms and Conditions. For customers in the European Union, these provide that you can cancel your order within 14 days of receiving your receipt, without giving any reason, unless supply has started at your request and you have acknowledged that you thereby waive this right. The request is made from your Apple Account; IE DIGITAL can neither collect payment nor give refunds.

8. Restoring your purchases

On a new device, or after reinstalling the app, tap Restore on the purchase screen: Ferralis checks with Apple the purchases linked to your Apple Account. You will never be charged twice for a purchase because of this.

9. Legal guarantees

You benefit from the legal guarantee of conformity for digital content and services provided for by the French Consumer Code (Code de la consommation). If a feature you paid for does not work as described, write to us: we will try to bring it into conformity. You can also ask Apple, which collected the price, for a refund under its procedures. The details are in article 10 of the terms of use.
